PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

We will create a payment schedule for each tournament based on the number of tournaments you are in.  You must declare to the NABA National Office, WITH AN EMAIL TO NABAPRESIDENT@GMAIL.COM, ​​​​​ that you will be using a tournament package before entering the first tournament. You will make payment before each tournament you participate in, including any additional players, in accordance with the Tournament Package policies. 

Failure to adhere to the payment schedule will result in no discounted tournament package rates, and teams will pay full price for entry into any future tournaments throughout the year. Furthermore, if you receive a discounted rate for several tournaments through the Tournament Package and then fail to attend the remaining tournaments you committed to, the NABA will collect the discounted rate from the previous tournaments you attended. 

TOURNAMENT PACKAGE POLICIES:

• A tournament package is used when it is combined with one of the three World Series we offer. The Arizona, Las Vegas, or Florida World Series is offered in each tournament package. 
• If you are part of any tournament package and win one of the National Tournaments, no tournament credit will be given towards future tournaments. Individual awards will still be ordered, however.
• NABA National Tournaments Package is for 20 players on your roster. Each player over 20 on your roster will pay $65.
• NABA World Series Tournament Package is for 20 players on your roster. Each player over 20 on your roster will pay $110.
• NABA reserves the right to modify the structure or financial guidelines for any tournament package at any time during the year.
• THE NABA IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PARTICIPANT'S REGISTRATION ENTRY FEE TO THE LEAGUE AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARTICIPANT TRAVEL PLANS, ACCOMMODATIONS, CAR RENTALS, OR FLIGHTS IF ANY TOURNAMENT IS ALTERED BY EVENTS OR HAPPENSTANCE BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE NABA, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCLEMENT WEATHER, WAR, RIOTS, CIVIL DISORDER, INFECTIOUS DISEASES, FIELDS BEING OUT OF ORDER, OR ACTS OF GOD.
