2025 Phoenix World Championship Series

Tournament Information and Registration

LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona

FACILITIES USED: Tempe Diablo Stadium and fields, Gene Autry Complex, Riverview fields, Red Mountain Park Complex, Indian Bend Sports Complex, Goodyear Stadium, Maryvale Complex, HoHoKam Stadium, Scottsdale Stadium and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick Complex.

Stadium games will be at a premium and those who get their deposits in first, and do not have a schedule request in each division will have the best opportunity to play a Stadium game. STADIUM GAMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

FORMAT: Pool play for 18's, 25's, 35's, 40's, 45's, 50's, 55's, 60's, 65's, 68's, & Father/Son divisions. Expanded playoff format for all divisions. You are Guaranteed 5 games in the World Series, either through pool play or with a combination of pool play and the playoffs.  (Expanded playoffs will be determined by the number of teams entered for each division - meaning most teams will be guaranteed 6 games)

PLAYOFFS: Quarterfinal, if necessary; Semifinal and Championship games.

Team MVP: Team MVP Award for each team to present to a player of their own choosing at the end of the tournament.(This award will be included with the Manager's items to be picked up at Check-In)

Individual Game MVP: Individual Game MVP Awards for every team to present to a player of their choosing from their team.(These awards will be included with the Manager's items to be picked up at Check-In)

NABA reserves the right to change the championship game time to meet the needs of the tournament. Teams in the Championship game should, preferably, schedule leaving Monday, September 29, 2025. NABA reserves the right to make divisions that are best for tournament.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS: All schedule requests must be made 40 days from the start of the tournament.

Player Fee - NABA League Team

1) 18's, 25's, 35's, 40's, 45's, 50's, 55's, 60's, 65's, and 68's Division

Player fee: $185.00 

All teams must have a team deposit submitted by July 17, 2025.

Player Fee - Non NABA League Team

1) 18's, 25's, 35's, 45's, 50's, 55's, 60's, 65's, and 68's Division

Player fee: $205.00

All team's must have a team deposit submitted by July 17, 2025.

The balance of the teams player fees must be paid in full by September 10, 2025.  NABA reserves the right to refund and withdraw any team who does not meet the final payment deadline.

***NOTE ABOUT PLAYERS ON YOUR TEAM NEEDING TO "REGISTER" FOR THE TOURNAMENT**
 
Individual players on ANY team DO NOT need to "Register" themselves to play on your team for ANY of our tournaments EXCEPT the Las Vegas World Championship Series. Please do not have them fill out a Pencil Me In form. Please DO NOT have them fill out the Online Payment form UNLESS they are actually paying their fee for themselves individually. We do not need registration forms to know who is on your team. Only the Team Managers need to know who is on their team, as they, the managers, will be entering these players onto their online rosters. Please DO NOT have your players unnecessarily fill out these forms UNLESS they are actually submitting their own payments**

DISCOUNT FEE for the player fee: NABA recognizes the support and loyalty of our NABA teams and players. Upon registering for the tournament, if your team plays in one of our sanctioned NABA Leagues across the country, you are eligible for the NABA affiliated player fee discount rate. Verification of playing in one of our sanctioned leagues will be verified through the NABA league online registration system.  If your team is not on the registration system the discount will not be applied.

ENTRY FEE INCLUDES:  Entry fee includes 5 guaranteed games, NABA Liability Insurance and a SECONDARY Medical policy for the team, baseballs, MLB and Past MLB spring training fields and stadiums (no high school fields), 2 umpires per game, 5 guaranteed games, expanded playoff formats for every division where applicable, awards for team pool champion, awards for team champion and team runner-up, awards for individual champions, awards for individual runner-ups, award for championship game Most Outstanding Player, award for championship game Gold Glove, and award for Championship Game Silver Slugger. Individual game MVP awards, overall team tournament MVP award, and tournament program.

COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRTS: Commemorative NABA 2025 World Series t-shirts are available for TEAM PURCHASE ONLY (no individual t-shirt order requests please). Teams interested in purchasing t-shirts may order them for $15.00 each.  To place an order,  please email nabapresident@gmail.com. TEAM ORDERS MAY BE PLACED AT ANYTIME. All orders must be submitted by August 1st, 2025, in order to be ready for pickup at the World Series.

DEPOSITS: All teams must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament by the above listed date. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by September 10, 2025. All fees sent by mail must be in money order or cashier's check form and sent to the address listed below. The NABA also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle for your convenience. TEAM'S MAY HAVE INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS MAKE PAYMENTS TO MEET THE DEPOSIT GUIDELINES.

REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT:  No refund will be given if the tournament bracket or schedule has been posted. If the schedule has not been posted and you call 15 business days before the tournament start date a full refund will be given minus the deposit.  If the schedule has not been posted and you call 8 to 14 business days before the tournament start date, 50 percent of your fee will be returned minus the deposit; if the schedule has not been posted and you call 7 or fewer business days before the tournament start date, no refund will be given.  After the managers check there are no refunds for players who did not show.
