FORMAT: Pool play consisting of 3 games, Semifinals and Championship game

PLAYOFFS: Semifinal games either Sunday morning or Monday morning.

Team fee is for 15 player roster.  Additional players over the allotted 15 players: $55 per player

Any team that does not have their deposit in by July 25, 2025 will be taken on a first come, first serve basis to add their team to a division. 

NABA MEMBER DISCOUNT: Any team with 10 or more NABA players who are registered in the NABA registration system online in 2024 or 2025 is classified as an NABA League team and is entitled to the NABA MEMBER DISCOUNT

DEPOSIT DATE:  A $500.00 non-refundable deposit must be received to reserve a spot in the tournament and to earn the discounts by the dates listed above. If you are struggling with a deposit or with team funds, call us, and we will work out a payment plan to help get your team the opportunity to play baseball in the Atlantic City Labor Day Weekend Tournament.

ENTRY INCLUDES: Entry fee includes: 3 guaranteed games, NABA Liability Insurance and a SECONDARY Medical Policy for the team, fields, umpires, 3 baseballs for each game played per team, scorebook, line-up cards, tournament rules, team champion trophy, champion finalist trophy, cash prize for the winning team (champion), championship game MVP award, and championship game gold glove award.

COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRTS: Commemorative NABA Atlantic City Labor Day Weekend Tournament t-shirts are available for TEAM PURCHASE ONLY (no individual t-shirt order requests please). Teams interested in purchasing t-shirts may order them for $15.00 each.  To place an order,  please email nabapresident@gmail.com. TEAM ORDERS MAY BE PLACED AT ANYTIME.  However, if would like them to be available for the event, all team orders MUST be placed by July 25, 2025.

DEPOSITS: All teams must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by August 22, 2025.  All fees sent by mail must be in money order or cashier's check form and mailed to the address listed below. The NABA also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal for your convenience.   

REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT: No refund will be given if the tournament bracket or schedule has been posted. If the schedule has not been posted and you call 15 business days before the tournament start date a full refund will be given minus the deposit.  If the schedule has not been posted and you call 8 to 14 business days before the tournament start date, 50 percent of your fee will be returned minus the deposit; if the schedule has not been posted and you call 7 or fewer business days before the tournament start date, no refund will be given.
