Each winning team will have a choice to choose either:

Championship Game Gold Glove: Gold Glove award for each Championship Game

Championship Game Silver Slugger: Silver Slugger award for each Championship Game

Championship Game MVP: MVP award for each Championship Game

Team MVP: Team MVP Award for each team to present to a players at the end of the tournament.

Individual Game MVP: Individual Game MVP Award for every team to present to a player from their team.

Stadium Games: Stadium games are not 100% guaranteed for every team. Stadium games depend on the number of teams in each division, and are based on if you have a schedule request. Stadium games will be filled based on what team gets their team payment in first. The only way to guarantee a Stadium game is to reach the Championship game.

ENTRY FEE:

Team Fee - NABA Affiliated Team

Team fee: $2795.00 per team (Up to 15 players)

Full Deposit of $500.00 needs to be received by September 20, 2024

$65 per extra player over 15

Team fee: $2995.00 per team (Up to 15 players)

Full Deposit of $500.00 needs to be received by September 20, 2024

$65 per extra player over 15

Any team that does not have their deposit in by September 20, 2024 will be taken on a first come, first serve basis to add their team to a division. 

NABA MEMBER DISCOUNT: Any team with 10 or more NABA players who are registered in the NABA registration system online in either 2023 or 2024 is classified as an NABA League team and is entitled to the NABA MEMBER DISCOUNT.

ENTRY INCLUDES:           

Entry fee includes NABA Liability Insurance and a SECONDARY Medical policy for the team, baseballs, MLB spring training fields (no high school fields), 2 umpires per game, 5 guaranteed games, expanded playoffs for every division, awards for team champion and team runners- up, rings for individual champions, watches for individual runners-up, Championship game MVP and Gold Glove award, tournament program.

COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRTS: Commemorative NABA Florida World Series t-shirts are available for TEAM PURCHASE ONLY (no individual t-shirt order requests please). Teams interested in purchasing t-shirts may order them for $15.00 each.  To place an order,  please email nabapresident@gmail.com. TEAM ORDERS MAY BE PLACED AT ANYTIME.  However, if would like them to be available for the event, all team orders MUST be placed by September 20, 2024.

DEPOSITS:

All teams must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit by the date listed above to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by October 25,  2024. All fees sent by mail must be in money order or cashier's check form and sent to the address listed below. The NABA also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle for your convenience at www.dugout.org.   

REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT: 

No refund will be given if the tournament bracket or schedule has been posted. If the schedule has not been posted and you call 15 business days before the tournament start date a full refund will be given minus the deposit.  If the schedule has not been posted and you call 8 to 14 business days before the tournament start date, 50 percent of your fee will be returned minus the deposit; if the schedule has not been posted and you call 7 or fewer business days before the tournament start date, no refund will be given.  After the managers check there are no refunds for players who did not show.
