DATES:                                Saturday, February 18 - Monday, February 20, 2012

DIVISIONS:                        18 Wood - Open, 18 Aluminum - Open, 25 Wood, 35 Wood, 45 Wood 

                                              (Division will occur if four teams register by the entry fee deadline. Extra divisions may be created or merged based

                                               on the number of teams entered)

PLAYOFFS:                         Semi-Final games either Sunday evening or Monday morning.

          Tour. Cash:           Tournament Champion receives $350.00                                                                    

ENTRY FEE:                      Team Fee:             $1,495.00 – 15 players (If deposit is received on or before January 20, 2012)

                                             Team Fee:             $1,595.00 – 15 players (If deposit is received after January 20, 2012)

         Team Fee:             $1,695.00 – 15 players (If deposit is received on or after February 1, 2012)

         The deposit cutoff date has been extended until January 20, 2012.

         Additional Players over 15:  $30.00 per player over 15 players

NABA DISCOUNT:           Any team with 8 or more NABA players who are registered in the NABA online registration system

                                             may take the NABA discount of $150.00 for the team.

DEPOSIT DATE:               $500.00 Non-refundable deposit must be received to reserve a spot in the tournament.

                                             PLEASE NOTE:  No teams will be accepted after February 6, 2012

ENTRY INCLUDES:         Entry fee includes: liability insurance for each team, fields, umpires, 3 baseballs for each game played per team,

                                             scorebook, line-up cards, tournament rules, $350.00 money prize for the winning team, team champion trophy,

                                             champion finalist trophy, individual champion awards, individual finalist awards for runner-up, championship game

                                             MVP award, and championship game gold glove award

COMMEMORATIVE:     Commemorative NABA Las Vegas Kickoff Classic t-shirts are available for purchase.  Teams interested in

         Tournament T-Shirt Order Form.  ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY FEBRUARY 6, 2012 to have available for

                                             each team at the tournament.

DEPOSITS:                        All teams must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament.  The balance of the

                                             team fee must be submitted by February 6, 2012. All fees sent by mail must be in money order or cashier check. 

                                             The NABA also accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and E-CHECK for

                                             your convenience online at www.dugout.org. 

ACCOMMODATIONS:    The NABA is using the Fiesta Henderson as its host hotel for this event. Reservations can be made directly with the Fiesta by calling
          888-899-7770 and reference the NABA President's Weekend Tournament. Reservations also can be made online by clicking here.
          Make sure to use Group Code RCINABA. Reservations must be made by January 17, 2012 to ensure the group rate.
