form completely and be sure to enter the required information were the
asterisk(*) is placed. After you submit your information you will be
added to the NABA nationwide tournament player pool. Your
information will be made available on-line for the tournament(s) you
have indicated in this form. Managers will contact you based on the
information you want listed. Once a team has placed you on their roster, please contact us immediately so we can remove you from the
listing of the tournament you were picked for.
NOTE:
Players who pay the individual player fee will get placed on a team!
