DIVISIONS:                                        18 Wood – Major

                                                              18 Wood – Minor

                                                              18 Wood - Rookie

                                                              25 Wood

                                                              35 Wood

                                                              45 Wood

              (Division will occur if 4 or more teams register by the final deposit date)

FORMAT:                                            Pool play consisting of 3 games, Semifinals and Championship game

PLAYOFFS:                                          Semifinals either Sunday evening or Monday morning.

CHAMPIONSHIPS:                            Monday, July 2, 2012

AWARDS:                                            Champions:          13” x 17” Team Plague

                   NABA Commemorative T-shirt with Tournament Logo and Tournament Champion

                                                               Runner-up:           13” x 17” Team Plague

                                                               Pool Winner:         Pool Champion award

                                                               Tour. Cash:           Tournament Champion receives a $300.00 money prize

ENTRY FEE:                                        Team Fee:             $1,250.00 (If deposit is received on or before May 30, 2012)

                                                               Team Fee:             $1,350.00 (If deposit is received after May 30, 2012)

                                                               Team Fee:             $1,450.00 (If deposit is received on or after 12, 2012)

               Additional Players over 15:  $30.00 per player over 15                    

NABA DISCOUNT:                            Any team with 8 or more NABA players, who are registered in the NABA online registration

                                                              system, may take the NABA discount of $100.00 for the team.

DEPOSIT DATE:                                All teams must submit a $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve a spot in the tournament.

                                                              PLEASE NOTE: No teams will be accepted after June 18, 2012.

ENTRY INCLUDES:                          Team liability insurance, fields, umpires, 3 baseballs for each game played per team, scorebook, lineup cards,

                                                              tournament rules, $300.00 money prize for the winning team in each division, team champion trophy, team

                                                              finalist trophy, individual awards for the champions and runners-up awards, Championship game MVP award,

                                                              Championship game Gold Glove award.

COMMEMORATIVE:                      Commemorative NABA Mile High Classic tournament t-shirts are available for purchase.  Teams

T-SHIRTS                                           interested in purchasing commemorative t-shirts can order them for $5.00 each. Orders can be placed online by clicking
             here: Tournament T-Shirt Order Form. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY JUNE 12, 2012 to have
             available for each team at the tournament.

DEPOSITS:                                        All teams must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament.  The balance of the

                                                             team fee must be submitted by June 12, 2012. All fees sent by mail must be in money order or cashier check.
