*Teams playing in the 38 Open and 38 Wood division are allowed 3 players between
the ages of 35 and 37.
DIVISIONS: 18AAA, 18AA, 18A, 18R, 18 Wood, 28 Open, 28 Wood,
38 Open, 38 Wood and 45 Open, 45 Wood, 55 Wood (Division will occur if 4
or more teams register by the final deposit date)
FORMAT:
“Pool” Play consisting of 3 games, Semi-Final Playoff and Championship
game
PLAYOFFS: Semi-Final
games either Sunday evening or Monday morning.
CHAMPIONSHIPS: Monday, May 26, 2008
AWARDS:
Champions: Team Champion award
NABA Commemorative Individual Awards
Runner-up: Championship Finalist award
NABA Commemorative Individual Awards
Pool Winner: Pool Champion award
Tourn. Credits: The winning champion
of each division will receive a $1,050.00 credit to the 2008
NABA World Series Championships.
ENTRY FEE: Team
Fee: $1,400 (If deposit is received before
4/16/08)
Team Fee: $1,595 (If team fee is received after
4/16/08)
NOTE: No teams will be accepted after May 7, 2008.
Team fee is for 15 players. $75 for each additional player over 15
REGISTER
EARLY – WE ANTICIPATE OVER 80 TEAMS THIS YEAR AND FIELDS WILL LIMIT THE
NUMBER OF TEAMS
Entry fee includes an
NABA commemorative t-shirt, team liability insurance, baseballs, fields,
umpires, guaranteed 3 games, individual and team champion and runner-up
awards, pool champion award, championship MVP & gold glove awards.
DEPOSITS: All teams must submit a $500.00
(non-refundable) deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The
balance of the team fee must be submitted by May 7, 2008. All fees must
be in money order or cashier check. The NABA also accepts VISA,
MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS for your convenience. Any
team making more than 50% of the final payment at check-in will be
subject to a $50.00 late payment fee.
ACCOMODATIONS: Over 250 rooms (Kings and Doubles are being held for the
NABA by our host hotel THE PALACE STATION! The NABA has a
special average rate of $97.33 per night in the courtyard and a special
average rate of $127.33 for the tower rooms over Memorial Day Weekend.
This price is a steal for this hotel during the Memorial Day Weekend.
