18 Wood – Major, 18
Wood – Minor, 18 Wood - Rookie, 25 Wood, 35 Wood
(Division will occur if 4 or more teams register by the final deposit
date)
FORMAT:
Pool play consisting of 3 games, Semifinals and
Championship game
PLAYOFFS:
Semifinals either
Sunday evening or Monday morning.

ENTRY
FEE:
Team
Fee: $1,595.00 (If deposit is received on or before May
30, 2012)
Team Fee: $1,695.00 (If deposit is
received after May 30, 2012)

Fee: $1,795.00 (If deposit is received on or before June
12, 2012)
Additional players over 15: $30 per player over 15 players
Tournament Credits: The champion of each division will receive a
$500.00 credit to the
2012 NABA World Championship Series.
Doubleday Field slots
are reserved for Championship games. Damaschke Field slots are not
guaranteed. The only way to guarantee your team a Doubleday Field slot
is to make the Championship
game. Any other available field slots at Damaschke Field will be
scheduled on a first-come, first-serve
basis determined by deposit dates. There will be no exceptions, so
register early.
NABA
DISCOUNT: Any team with 8 or more NABA
players, who are registered in the NABA online registration system,
may take the NABA discount of $150.00 for the team.
DEPOSIT
DATE:
All teams must submit
a $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve a spot in
the tournament.

NOTE: No teams will be accepted after June 18, 2012.
ENTRY
INCLUDES:
Team liability
insurance, fields, umpires, 3 baseballs for each game played per team,
scorebook, lineup cards,
tournament rules, $500 tournament credit certificate to either the
Phoenix or Florida World Series for the
winning team in each division, team champion trophy, team finalist
trophy, individual awards for the champions
and runners-up awards, Championship game MVP award, Championship game
Gold Glove award.
COMMEMORATIVE:
Commemorative NABA Hall of Fame tournament t-shirts are available for
purchase. Teams
T-SHIRTS
interested in purchasing commemorative t-shirts can order them for $5.00
each. Orders can be placed online by clicking

team at the tournament.
DEPOSITS: All
teams must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in
the tournament. The balance of the
team fee must be submitted by June 18, 2012. All fees sent by mail must
be in money order or cashier check.
The NABA
also accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and E-CHECK
for
your convenience online at

ACCOMMODATIONS: The new host motel is KC's Corner
Motel and Restaurant. The motel will be the tournament headquarters
for posting scores and standings, plus will be the site for team
managers check-in the night before the
tournament. KC's Corner has been home to other teams during the history
of the NABA Hall of Fame
tournament and is now offering a special discounted rate for NABA
members and their families. Regular
rates are normally $125 per night, but NABA rate is TBD per room flat
