DATES: Thursday, July 1 - Sunday, July 4, 2010

DIVISIONS: 18AA, 18A, 18 Rookie, 25 Rookie, 35 Rookie (All divisions are Wood Bat only)

(Division will occur if 4 or more teams register by the final deposit date)

FORMAT: “Pool” Play consisting of 3 games, Semi-final playoff and Championship game

PLAYOFFS: Semi-Final games either Saturday evening or Sunday morning.

ENTRY FEE: Team Fee: $1,895.00

Early discount fee: $ 300.00 (If deposit is received before 5/24/10)

* Team fee is for 15 players including the manager. Cost is $75 for each additional player over 15.

DOUBLEDAY FIELD SLOTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE YOUR TEAM A DOUBLEDAY FIELD SLOT IS TO MAKE THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. ANY OTHER AVAILABLE DOUBLEDAY SLOTS WILL BE SCHEDULED BY DEPOSIT DATES. FIRST DEPOSIT IN WILL RECEIVE A DOUBLEDAY SLOT, AND SO FORTH. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS, SO REGISTER EARLY!

Entry fee includes an NABA commemorative t-shirt, team liability insurance, baseballs, fields, umpires, guaranteed 3 games, individual and team champion and runner-up awards, pool champion award, championship MVP & gold glove awards.

DISCOUNT FEE: NABA recognizes the support and loyalty of our NABA teams. Upon registering for the tournament if your team plays in one of our sanctioned NABA Leagues across the country you are eligible for an additional $100.00 discount fee to the entry fee. Verification of playing in one of our sanctioned leagues

will be verified through the NABA league online registration system.

DEPOSITS: All teams must submit a $350.00 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by June 22, 2010. All fees must be in money order or cashier check. The NABA also accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS for your convenience. Any team making more than 50% of their final team payment at check-in will be subject to a $50.00 late payment fee.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The new host motel is KC's Corner Motel and Restaurant. The motel will be the tournament headquarters for posting scores and standings, plus will be the site for team managers check-in the night before the tournament. KC's Corner has been home to other teams during the history of the NABA Hall of Fame tournament and is now offering a special discounted rate for NABA members and their families.
