COLORADO STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES

Tournament Information and Registration

This tournament is open to any Denver, Fort Collins, Grand Junction and Colorado Springs Teams. You do not need to be affiliated with NABA to attend, we will take non-affiliated teams. However, we will take any outside team from across the country that is interested in playing in the tournament. Our goal is to design a tournament to determine the best adult baseball team in their respective division in Colorado.

DATES: Saturday, September 5 - Monday, September 7, 2009

DIVISIONS: 18AAA, 18AA, 18A, 18 Rookie, 25 Rookie, 35 Rookie, 45 Rookie

(Division will occur if 4 or more teams register by the final deposit date)

FORMAT: “Pool” Play consisting of 3 games, Semi-final playoff and Championship game

PLAYOFFS: Semi-Final games either Sunday morning or Monday morning.

NABA Commemorative Individual Awards

Runner-up: Championship Finalist award

Pool Winner: Pool Champion award

ENTRY FEE: Team Fee: $950 (If deposit is received before 8/03/09)

Team Fee: $1,050 (If deposit is received after 8/03/09)

FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 19, 2009

* Team fee is for 13 players. Each additional player over 13 is $50.

NOTE: No teams will be accepted after August 19, 2009

Entry fee includes an NABA commemorative t-shirt, team liability insurance, baseballs, fields, umpires, guaranteed 3 games, individual and team champion and runner-up awards, and pool champion award.

DEPOSITS: All teams must submit a $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by August 19, 2009. All fees must be in money order or cashier check. The NABA also accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS for your convenience. Any team making more than 50% of its final team payment at check-in will be subject to a $50.00 late payment fee.
