DATES:                      Saturday, January 16 - Monday, January 18, 2010

                                    (Wood Bat Tournament Only)          

DIVISIONS:              18 Open, 18AA, 18A, 18-Rookie, 25 Wood, 35 Wood, 45 Wood, 55 Wood 

PLEASE NOTE: (Division will occur if four teams register by the entry fee deadline. Divisions may be created or merged based on the number of teams entered.) Example:  if 12 teams register for the 35 Wood, we may create a 35 Wood Open, and a 35 Wood Rookie.

PLAYOFFS:               Semi-Final games either Sunday evening or Monday morning.

Tournament Credits:  The winning champion of each division will receive  a $700.00 credit to the 2010 Memorial Day Las Vegas Tournament.

ENTRY FEE:             Team Fee:            $1,750.00

                                    Early Discount   $   300.00 (If deposit is received on or before 12/18/09)

                                    Team Fee:            $1,450.00 (If deposit is received on or before 12/18/09)         

Team Fee:            $1,750.00 (NO EXCEPTIONS: If team fee is received after 12/18/09)

PLEASE NOTE:  No teams will be accepted after January 8, 2010

*Team fee is for 15 players.  $50 for each additional player over 15

ENTRY INCLUDES:Entry fee includes: liability insurance for each team, fields, umpires, 3 baseballs for each game played per team, commemorative tournament t-shirt, scorebook, line-up cards, tournament rules, $700.00 tournament credit certificate to Las Vegas Memorial Day for winning team, team champion trophy, champion finalist trophy, individual champion awards, individual finalist awards for runner-up, championship game MVP award, and championship game gold glove award.

DEPOSITS:                All teams must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament.  The balance of the team fee must be submitted by January 8, 2010. Any team making more than 50% of the final payment at check-in will be subject to a $35.00 late payment fee.  All fees must be in money order or cashier check.  NO CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.  The NABA also accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS for your convenience. 

HOTEL:                     The National Adult Baseball Association is using the Holiday Inn Ontario Airport Hotel as the host hotel and managers check-in for the California Kickoff Tournament.  Reservations can be made directly with Holiday Inn Ontario Airport Hotel by calling 909-212-8000.  Rates are $79.00 for a single through a quad.  Please book your rooms by the cutoff date of December 18, 2009.  Please tell them you are in the 2010 National Adult Baseball Association Tournament.
