Additional players over 15 on allotted roster: $30 per player
NABA DISCOUNT: Any team with 8 or more NABA players who are registered in the NABA online
registration system
make take the NABA discount of $150 for the team.
DEPOSIT
DATE: $500.00 non-refundable deposit must be received
to reserve a spot in the tournament.
NOTE: No teams will be accepted after
January 8, 2012.
ENTRY INCLUDES: Liability insurance for
each team, fields, umpires, 3 baseballs for each game played per team,
scorebook, lineup cards, tournament
rules, $250.00 tournament credit certificate to Las Vegas or Atlantic
City Memorial Day tournament for
winning teams, team champion trophy, champion finalist trophy,
individual champion awards, individual finalist awards for runners-up,
championship game MVP award and championship game Gold Glove award.
EXTRA:
Commemorative NABA Boricua Caribbean Classic t-shirts are available for
purchase. Teams interested in purchasing t-shirts can order them for $5.00

Tournament T-Shirt Order Form. ALL ORDERS MUST
BE PLACED BY December 27, 2011, to have available for the event.
DEPOSITS: All teams must submit
a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The
balance of the team fee must be submitted by January 5, 2012. All fees sent
by mail must be in money order or cashier
check. The NABA also accepts Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express and E-Checks for your convenience
at dugout.org.
