NABA DISCOUNT: Any team with 8 or more
NABA players who are registered in the NABA online registration system
may take the NABA discount of $100.00 for the team.

Non-refundable deposit must be received to reserve a spot in the
tournament.
PLEASE NOTE: No teams will be accepted after May 9, 2012
ENTRY INCLUDES: Entry fee includes:
liability insurance for each team, fields, umpires, 3 baseballs for each
game played per team,
scorebook, line-up cards, tournament rules,
money prize for the winning team in select divisions, a $525 credit to the
2012 Arizona or Florida World Series
along with an NABA Commemorative t-shirt for select divisions, team
champion trophy,
and champion finalist trophy.

DEPOSITS:
All teams
must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in the
tournament. The balance of the
team fee must be submitted by May 9, 2012. All fees sent by mail must be
in money order or cashier check. The
NABA also accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and
E-CHECK for your
convenience online at
www.dugout.org.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
The
NABA has hundreds of rooms at great NABA RATES!
Our host hotel where our managers
meeting will be held and scores posted nightly will be at the CLARION
HOTEL AND CONVENTION
CENTER.
The NABA nightly average rate is $115.00 for a Friday through Sunday
