World Championship Series 2010 Tournament Team On-line Registration

To register for this tournament, please complete the following information before submitting to secure checkout page. Please be sure to double check your information is correct before submitting.

Player fee:         $100.00 (If team fee/deposit is received before July 26, 2010)

Player fee:         $125.00 (If team fee/deposit is received after July 26, 2010)

Minimum Deposit Fee: All teams must submit a $250.00 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve a place in the tournament.  The balance of the team fee must be submitted by September 8, 2010

Note: When checking out select the Tournaments tab from the drop down box of the shipping calculation, this is needed in order not to add shipping cost in Tournaments On-Line registration.
