To register for this tournament, please complete the following information before submitting to secure checkout page. Please be sure to double check your information is correct before submitting.

Player fee:         $165.00 (If player fee/deposit is received before August 29, 2012)

Player fee:         $175.00 (If player fee/deposit is received before September 19, 2012)

Player fee:         $185.00 (If player fee/deposit is received after October 17, 2012)

  NABA now also accepts E-checks!

Minimum Deposit Fee: All teams must submit a $500.00 (non-refundable) deposit to reserve a place in the tournament.  The balance of the team fee must be submitted by October 17, 2012
