Written notification of cancellation must be received no later than September 24, 2010 for a full refund. No

refunds will be made for cancellations after September 24, 2010. Exhibitor participates in Expo entirely at his

own risk. The NABA does not make any claim as to the volume of business or sales to exhibitor. By signing

the agreement exhibitor agrees to hold NABA harmless from any and all liability should exhibitor be

dissatisfied with the financial outcome.
