The DRBA and
Dakota Ridge High School 8th
Grade Baseball Feeder Program is
entering it's fifth year.
The DRHS 8th
grade feeder program has tryouts
each year. All 8th graders will
tryout in the 8th grade feeder
program. This will take the
place of DRBA tryouts at the
beginning of the new year. All
8th grade players will tryout
and be placed on a Level "0"
team, Level 1 team, or a Level
II team during these tryouts.
Those players eligible to
participate in the tryouts will
be any players who will be
enrolling at Dakota Ridge High
School for their freshman year.
If a player
does not make the Level "0" team
and is interested in going back
to their last years JCJBL team
in Level 1 or Level II, they
will have the right to do so.
The 8th grade feeder program
will enter all of our teams in
the DRBA-JCJBL program in either
Level "0", Level "1" or Level
"2". After the DRBA-JCJBL is
completed, the 8th grade feeder
program will place the Level "0"
team in the high school summer
program, and if the coach and
players are willing, we
will place the Level "1" and
Level "2" teams in a continuing
DRBA baseball program for the
summer.

Feeder Program Parent Informational
Meeting
If your baseball player will be in
the 8th grade and will be enrolled
to attend Dakota Ridge High
School, please plan on attending the
parent informational meeting for the
Dakota Ridge High School and Dakota
Ridge Baseball Association 8th grade
feeder program. The meeting will be
conducted by Dakota Ridge High
School Baseball Coach, Jeff Legault,
and by the 8th grade feeder program
Director, Shane Fugita.

The DRHS 8th Grade Baseball

provide future Dakota Ridge baseball
players an opportunity to play
baseball with their 8th grade future
playing partners in a competitive
baseball environment, and to aid the
High School in their efforts to
build their program.

School 8th Grade Feeder Program Tryouts
All 8th grade DRBA baseball players
will be trying out through the DRBA
and Dakota Ridge High School
Baseball Feeder Program tryouts.
Please plan on attending the tryouts
and placements on the date and time
listed below. The tryouts will be
conducted by Dakota Ridge High
School Feeder Program Director,
Shane Fugita. The tryouts will
be over a period of two days and are
designed to simulate the Dakota
Ridge High School tryout system in
order to help our players for the
future.
