The Seniors League was created by JCJBL to provide opportunities for 14-year-old players after the spring JCJBL season ends, as well as for players who do not make their high school summer teams.  The rules for the Seniors League can be found on the JCJBL site. 

DRBA fielded two Seniors League teams in 2009, and we will put together as many as we can for the upcoming season.  The teams are filled by Dakota Ridge area players first, then we complete rosters with outside area players, if necessary.  We will attempt to keep existing teams together, as well. 

Also, the DRBA Board of Directors, as it does during the regular JCJBL season, will interview and select the coaches for the teams.  If you are interested in coaching, please fill out the application on the DRBA web site. 

The cost for the Seniors League for 2010 is $235.00 for 18 games.  The season begins the week of June 6, runs through the third week of July and ends with a postseason tournament for qualifying teams.  Games most likely will be played at Easton North, and once teams are established they will be allotted practice time.
